Search results and parcel data

Search by street address, owner name, parcel or account number, or county. Parcel records and coverage vary by county and may change over time. If a record appears incorrect, verify it with the appropriate county assessor; Colorado Parcels cannot change the county's source record.

Location access

Location access is optional and is used to center the map near you. You can change access at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Colorado Parcels.

Saved parcels

Saved parcels stay on your device and do not require an account. Swipe a saved parcel to remove it. Uninstalling the app also removes saved parcels.
